He was prompt and clear in providing us with a quote and our options, and having completed the work this week we could not be more thrilled with the incredible job done. Mark and Jake were absolutely brilliant. Phoned them to discuss a quote to re-plaster our entire downstairs in LimeLite after a permeating damp issue. Mark came out same day to price it up and was open and honest about the different potential costs involved and gave us a good indication of what was required. Both he and Jake did an incredibly thorough job and their attention-to-detail with lots of little touches (e.g., filling about our slightly wonky fireplace) have made the job look amazing. Mark was easy to communicate with throughout and kept me up to date with the progress and helped give us lots of useful advice for painting and decorating.
